Whether you have experienced a setback which has knocked your confidence, or you have never felt confident as a person, I specialise in supporting people to improve how they feel about themselves.

What I can help with
​My speciality is to help you to recover your confidence if you have anxiety and depression. We may address low self-esteem (how you might see yourself negatively) if we agree it is an underlying cause. Facing this can be a difficult thing to do alone and we will work together to understand the impact of how you see yourself.

I have developed my practice to accommodate for people with neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), for which I can make adaptations. I have experience working with new parents and I am passionate about helping them to achieve balance and feel good enough.

Hi I'm Randeep. I am an CBT accredited therapist, with over 14 years’ experience working in mental health.

My passion for studying psychology and supporting people with their mental health stems from my own personal experiences. I want to help people recover their confidence, so they can live the life they want and deserve.

Fees
15 minute consultation call: free
A consultation call will be how we initially make contact to see whether therapy with me is the right fit for you.
​
Treatment session, lasting 1 hour: £80
Therapy sessions are usually booked in blocks of 6 sessions after the consultation call.
​Appointments are available on Weekday evenings or Saturday mornings.
​
Time and location of appointments is subject to availability of the therapist.
​
Payments can be made via bank transfer. Invoices and payments will be made for booking six sessions at a time. Alternative payment methods can be discussed.

Concessions can be made for students, trainee therapists and NHS staff. Please e-mail for further details.
